Prior to establishing the firm in 1989, Mr. Poniatowski was a business/real estate associate with Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May in Oakland, California, and a partner of Duman & Poniatowski in Castro Valley, California.

Mr. Poniatowski earned his bachelor's in business administration with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1979 and worked as a manager in the personal property finance/leasing industry for six years prior to becoming member of the bar after graduating from Santa Clara University's law school in 1985.
