Meera’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, receiverships and family law. Prior to joining the firm, Meera was an associate at Parish & Small LLC, a civil trial and appellate practice where she represented individuals and business entities in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including unfair competition, construction, real estate, class actions, professional liability, personal injury and environmental disputes. Meera started her law practice as a patent attorney, representing Silicon Valley technology companies in patent prosecution, licensing, trademark and other intellectual property matters. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent And Trademark Office. Meera received her law degree from Santa Clara University School Of Law, where she obtained certification in High Tech Law and participated in IP Moot Court. Meera enjoys serving her community as Chairperson of the Pleasanton Human Services Commission and working in Youth Services at her local Rotary Club.
