Meera’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and receiverships. Prior to joining the firm, Meera was an associate at Parish & Small LLC, a civil trial and appellate practice where she represented individuals and business entities in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including unfair competition, construction, real estate, class actions, professional liability, personal injury and environmental disputes. Meera started her law practice as a patent attorney, representing Silicon Valley technology companies in patent prosecution, licensing, trademark and other intellectual property matters. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent And Trademark Office. Meera received her law degree from Santa Clara University School Of Law, where she obtained certification in High Tech Law and participated in IP Moot Court. Prior to law school, Meera graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Molecular Biology. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
